~WORK STATIONS~

Lyndon, Tej and Sydney work together in the Construction Zone.

~FREE CHOICE~
 Chi-chi, Bella, Alex, Tej and Sydney retell and act out the story, The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything in the Book Nook.

 We decorated out letter "P" with pom poms.

~OUTDOOR WEEK~
Today we headed outside to do a sorting activity with the objects we collected during our Nature Walk on Monday. 

~EXTENDED DAY PRE-K~
 We took magnet wands out to Recess today.  The children were eager to explore with the wands to discover magnetic parts of the playground. 

We were chefs today!  First, we read the story, The Runaway Pumpkin.  Then, we made chocolate chip pumpkin muffins.

Chi-Chi gave the muffins a "thumbs-up"!
 

 Today we observed what happened to the candy pumpkins that we put in various liquids this past Tuesday.

The candy pumpkin in the water almost disintegrated. 

Nothing happened to the pumpkin in the cooking oil.

The candy pumpkin almost disintegrated in the vinegar.

The candy pumpkin completely disappeared in the dishwashing soap.

The candy pumpkin in the milk also disintegrated and turned the milk orange.
