An appropriate story for Hat Day called, The Hat. We will do further activities with this book later this week.
~EXTENDED DAY~
That's right! We had OUTDOOR recess today! The children were VERY excited to play in the snow!
Today was a cooking day and we made a sweet snack mix. We measured and mixed together
"dry" ingredients, poured melted white chocolate on top, and mixed it all together. This was a HUGE HIT at snack time today. We also made enough to give to the Blood Drive going on at the school tomorrow. Those individuals donating blood can enjoy our sweet snack mix after they are finished donating!
