MORNING MESSAGE~
The word "friendly" was left out of the morning message in order for the children to brainstorm a different word to fill in that would still make sense. Check out the photos below to find out what word was substituted for the word, "friendly".
We introduced Writer's Workshop today. Writer's Workshop consists of reading a story to the children ~ then telling them a real story that is related to the book read. Eventually, the children will tell their own stories related to the book. This will lead into drawing and writing their own stories.
We glued umbrellas upside-down on the letter "U"!
