Margo completed the mosaic pictured below.
We are transforming our Dramatic Play Station into a pizza place. Suggestions for names were provided by the children and the one chosen was, "Jolly Pizza Place". Today, children put their drawing and coloring skills to use to make pictures of pizza for our new pizza place.
Children learned and practiced writing letter "G" today.
Today we learned/reviewed/practiced the letter sound, /H/. Using all the sounds we have learned and practiced so far, we played a sound discrimination game.
We decorated our letter "H" with hearts!
EXTENDED DAY~
We headed out to the woods to extend our balance lesson from last week. Using the wooden platform resting on a log, the children moved along the platform until it was balanced. Despite the cold, this was a fun activity!
