WORK STATIONS~
Amara puts lower case letters in order!
Today we introduced many new magnetic activities.
At the Discovery Station, children can explore and discover which items (pictured below) are magnetic.
At the Fine Motor Station, children can drag colored magnetic discs with a magnetic wand to create a picture.
Also at the Discovery Station, children can drag magnetic chips through a maze.
Margo and Avery work together to fill in the number tiles 1 through 100 on the number board.
We did Technology today (instead of tomorrow) due to our special Martin Luther King, Jr. Assembly tomorrow afternoon. We introduced a new activity on abcya.com--"Make A Snowman".
Not only could children exercise their creativity with this activity, they also gained practiced in clicking and dragging using the wireless mouse. This is not an easy task for young children!
