LIFE CYCLE OF A BUTTERFLY~
Today we met 3 caterpillars who will be spending the last few weeks of school with us. We will watch them as they transform into butterflies. The children are VERY excited about our caterpillars. We even named them!
Once each caterpillar is inside of a chrysalis, we will transfer them into a special "butterfly garden".
With the warm temperature and sunny, blue sky, we headed outside for our Free Choice time today.
Today we celebrated our 150th day of school! To help us celebrate, Clare's dad brought in materials for us to create our own Zero the Hero! Thank you for a fun activity!
Today was a cooking day! Using blueberries, grapes, strawberries and marshmallows, the children created their own caterpillar fruit kabob. Children had to make their fruit kabob in a pattern. These were fun to make and fun to eat!
