~MORNING MESSAGE~
Check out all of the passwords and words inside of words that we found in our Morning Message!
~OUTDOOR WEEK~
We took a nature walk this morning and recorded what we saw!
~SPANISH~
We had an exciting time today in Spanish as we worked to open a butterfly pinata!!
~STAR OF THE WEEK~
Sally is our final "Star of the Week"! Today we learned that Sally's favorite things include: red (favorite color); chocolate cake (favorite dessert); and the beach (favorite place to visit).
~OUTDOOR FREE CHOICE~
~MELTING ICE CUBE EXPERIMENT~
Today we did a melting ice cube experiment. Each child had an ice cube to try to melt. After rolling a die, children would do 1 of 6 acts to its ice cube. They would continue to roll the die until their ice cube melted. Be sure to ask your child the different ways they tried to melt his/her ice cube!
~BIRTHDAY~
Today we helped Lucy celebrate her upcoming June birthday. Lucy's mom read the story, Llama, Llama Time to Share and then we ate frosted cookies with sprinkles. Happy early Birthday, Lucy!
~EXTENDED DAY PRE-K~
Today was a Discovery Day! We did a really neat experiment with balloons, static electricity and tissue-paper butterflies.
